"Kaukab has been immensely helpful in my journey towards better mental health. She has encouraged me, seemed to be able to ask questions that quickly get to the heart of the issue (even when I haven't known what that was) and been very perceptive in her insights. She is easy to talk to and it's definitely worth spending the money on each session with her. We have been tackling issues surrounding my low self esteem which has had a really positive impact on dealing with my depression. With her support I hope to be successful in trying to come off my medication this year. After each session I come away with ideas of things to try, and I can honestly say that working on these areas has been key to my improvements. Thank you Kaukab for all your help so far."
