Easy to talk to
CBT ReviewAbility to listen and always offers guidance to every situation. Gives very professional advice. The important thing for me was the fact that Ilse asked a lot about the past trying to find out all background information. This way I was able to share things with her and talk about reasons for my anxiety. Ilse was able to name things which helped me understand what it is that I suffer from.
