More Detail

7+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hi. I'm Patrick. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their emotional health. I have private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My interest involves depression, relationship problems and self esteem, as well as the particular challenges faced by men.

What to Expect

A preliminary assessment appointment helps you to discover if you are comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and decide if therapy could benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an introductory assessment meeting in Eastbourne or Limehouse, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide which matter concerning your childhood or adult life you discuss. The objective of counselling is to enable you to talk about a problem and discover a solution that is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy combines therapeutic approaches to suit your needs and the problems you experience. It explores your subjective experience and options. The aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-awareness.

Psychosynthesis Therapy

Psychosynthesis therapy views the obstacles you encounter as moments for you to grow. It facilitates your comprehension of your particular aspects. An aim of psychosynthesis therapy is to help you synthesise aspects of yourself.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the difficulties you confront. It considers your ideas, emotions and significant events in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or discover suitable ways of coping.
