Who We Are

RSCPP was set up in 2007 by Richard Snowdon and Tommy Newman. They wanted to create a resource that would help people looking for talking therapy in the UK to find properly trained therapists.

Richard Snowdon - Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Richard jointly founded RSCPP and is a Former British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited Psychotherapist in the NHS, private and charity sectors. His Masters degree is in Psychoanalysis. He underwent an analysis as part of his training. Richard's experience both as a Therapist and Client gives him a dual understanding of Therapy. His overarching desire is to ensure that RSCPP delivers the best results for those looking to find out about and engage in Therapy.

Tommy Newman - Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Tommy jointly founded RSCPP having completed a Masters in Computer Science and honed his skills as a web developer and technical project manager at a digital agency. He enjoys taking unstructured real life information and turning it into interactive Internet content; making it accessible and understandable by those it can help. 

Gajalakshan Mohankumar - Front End Developer

Gaj completed an extensive 15 month 'year in industry' at RSCPP as part of his Computer Science degree and has returned to focus on the front end user experience. He is lead developer on our new product / sister company Thrivo, which will make professional psychological support available in a mobile app.

Hilton Riddex - Web Developer

Hilton joined RSCPP in 2011 and has primarily been involved in work regarding our Therapists Areas. He has 4 years experience as a Web Developer. Previous to working for RSCPP he has delivered projects for some well known high-street brands after having studied a Bachelors Degree in Computing at the Open University. He is passionate about technology and teaches programming at a Code Club he runs at his daughters school on a weekly basis.

James Head - Support Desk

James Head holds an honours degree in education and was a mathematics teacher during his younger adult life. He joined RSCPP in 2014 to man the support desk and is committed to providing a prompt and professional customer service for all RSCPP clients and therapists.
