More Detail

7+ Years Post-Accreditation Experience

Hello. I'm Naelah. I'm an accredited and registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I assist individuals with their psychological health. I have private and public sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My interest includes abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and relationship problems, and the particular issues encountered by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment meeting helps you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what troubles you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and assess if therapy could benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange a preliminary assessment meeting in Mayfair, London, Croydon or Oxford Circus, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You decide what issue regarding your childhood or adulthood you explore. The objective of counselling is to help you to speak about a problem and find a solution which is appropriate for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy combines therapies to fit your needs and the problems you encounter. It explores your subjective experience and options. The aim of integrative therapy is to help you develop your self-understanding.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the problems you face. It considers your thoughts, feelings and relevant events in your history. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or find appropriate ways of coping.
