What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial appointment in Golders Green, London, there is no obligation to continue if you prefer not to. We can use the safe space to discuss the current or unresolved past difficulties for which you seek Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.
