What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After an initial appointment in Angel, London, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. We can make use of the supportive environment to discuss the particular issues for which you are considering Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You and I will then be able to decide if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is right for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to develop your insight of your thoughts and how they may increase or decrease your symptoms and develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept.

As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) Registered Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Psychodynamic Therapy to work with people to improve their wellbeing.
