After an initial appointment in West End, London, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. As Client and Therapist, we may use the safe space to explore the current or unresolved past challenges for which you are considering Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. You can see how you feel working with me. You and I will then be able to determine if my Psychotherapy practice is right for you.The aim of my Psychotherapy practice is to develop your insight of your thoughts and how they may increase or decrease your symptoms. To get the most from Psychotherapy you will need to be able to be open to change.
As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, I am trained and experienced in using Attachment Based Therapy, Couple Therapy, Integrative Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy to help people to address life problems.
