I assist people to define problems and help them explore what to do next. My private Counselling and Psychology practice is located in West End, London. I also practise in Bishopsgate, London and South Woodford, London.
I have been a BPS Chartered Counselling Psychologist since January 2012 and a HCPC Registered Counselling Psychologist since January 2012, so I have more than 1 year and 4 months of post-registration experience of working with clients. I also gained years of experience of working with clients as part of my training. I work with Individuals and Couples. I'm experienced in working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and assisting with the particular challenges they encounter. I have clinical research experience in Identity.

After an initial consultation in West End, London, there is no requirement to continue if you decide not to. You and I may use the time to consider the particular challenges for which you are considering Counselling or Psychology. I will address any questions you may have. I will then be able to assess if my Counselling and Psychology practice is appropriate for you.The aim of my Counselling and Psychology practice is to develop your knowledge of causes of concerns so you discover what to change or accept. To get the most from Counselling and Psychology you will need to be able to work collaboratively.
As a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Counselling Psychologist and British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Counselling Psychologist (CPsychol), I am highly trained and experienced in using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Psychodynamic Therapy and Schema Focused Therapy to assist people to alleviate their distress.
