I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited (MBACP Accred) Counsellor and Psychotherapist and UK Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (UKRCP) Registered Independent (UKRCP Reg Ind) Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I assist people to define problems and help them explore what to do next. My private Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is located in Chirk, Wrexham.

A Counsellor and Psychotherapist since April 1998, I have 15 years of experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with Individuals and Couples. I am highly experienced in providing Counselling and Psychotherapy to people from different backgrounds and cultures, and assisting with the particular challenges they encounter. I have academic and clinical research experience in Work Stress.

In addition to being a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in private practice in Chirk, Wrexham, I have experience as a NHS Primary Care Trust (PCT) Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

What to Expect during Counselling and Psychotherapy

After a preliminary meeting in Chirk, Wrexham, there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to. As Client and Therapist, we can take the opportunity to consider the current concerns for which you seek Counselling or Psychotherapy. I will discuss confidentiality with you and address any questions you may have. We can see how well we work together. You and I will then be able to determine if my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is appropriate for you.

The aim of my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is to tailor therapy to you and your needs. To get the most from Counselling and Psychotherapy you will need to be able to work collaboratively.
