I'm experienced in working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and assisting with the particular challenges they face. My specialist experience is in Depression, Drug Abuse, Mental Health Problems and Sexuality.
As well as being a Psychotherapist in private practice in Barbican, London, I have experience as a Charity, Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and NHS Hospital Psychotherapist.

To get the most from Psychotherapy you will need to be able to work collaboratively.
As a UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist - Integrative Psychotherapist, I am highly trained and experienced in using Client Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Integrative Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy to assist people to live more fully.
