"Sarah is very easy to talk to, and was really good at guiding me through my thinking and challenge me on my behaviours with the techniques she uses. Sarah is a brilliant listener; she listens attentively and takes in quite a lot and remembers all the details for the next session. Sarah was able to put things into perspective for me, and was able to unpick all the conflicting emotions I had. Things became much clearer as the sessions progressed. Sarah doesn't specialise in one particular area - she is quite versatile, and has various techniques to use in different situations.
