CBT ReviewChris is a fantastic listener but is equally skilled at saying the right things to help you achieve the results you are looking for. I went to see Chris in the hope he would help me to cope with deep rooted anxiety, but also to overcome a lack of self confidence. Amazingly he was able to help with both in a relatively short space of time, so I would definitely recommend him to others.
