CBT ReviewFrom the moment I walked into Martin's home, I felt like he wanted me to be there to help me through my problems. He has the ability to make you feel in control of what it is you are trying to deal with, without forcing his opinions on you. It's more like a 2 way conversation discussing a small issue, and coming to a plan of how to work on it. I've only had a few sessions with Martin, but I am already making positive steps.
