CBT for Anxiety ReviewLisset diagnosed me with severe anxiety. She couldn't have been more helpful or professional. She's a very good listener, but more importantly, a good communicator. She guided me through my worries, deconstructing them as we went, and therefore making sense of why I was feeling the way I was. Once I realised there was a fix for how I was feeling, it was then a fascinating and informative journey to arm myself with the skills to destroy the anxiety. I would highly recommend Lisset to anyone with any kind of mental issues that have been impacting on their life. She genuinely turned my life around and now me, and my family are in a better place.
