"I guess it goes without saying that Joanne is a great listener and quickly tuned in to my issues and in particular helped me to recognise where I needed to change my mind-set. She was helpful in pointing me toward mechanisms for dealing with concerns that had become exaggerated in my thinking. Joanne cleverly structured our sessions to draw out various aspects of my anxieties and through that enabled me to arrive at a more logical and positive view of my experiences of the last eighteen months. I found her easy to talk to, even on the subjects I had found difficulty in properly facing on my own. Importantly, she was constructive, supportive and showed me a path to thinking more clearly about a challenging phase of my life."
