Easy to talk to
CBT ReviewI found Patricia immediately open, friendly and easy to talk with. She spent a lot of time encouraging me to open up and explore my thinking, really focusing me on changing my internal thought process around stress and anxiety. She was also good fun to meet and made the sessions I have had with her enjoyable as well as insightful, with lots of practical advice for me to take away and implement which have made a real impact for me.
