CBT for Binge Eating ReviewBeing an introvert I find it difficult to warm and trust individuals initially. However Patricia very soon put me at ease. Even as someone with feelings of low self-worth/value, I never felt belittled or judged by Patricia, only warmth and encouragement. Whilst I still have a way to go on my journey, I found the encouragement, self-help tools and other information very useful and I am very much grateful for the therapy given. Very highly recommended. I still have Patricia's details saved to my phone should I need assistance again!
