Easy to talk to
Latest ReviewNicky has been an enormous help to me; listening past the words and understanding the emotions beneath. She is able to ask the right (sometimes tough) questions at the right time, prompting real growth and understanding. Whatever the 'x' factor is, I would suggest she has it. The fact that sessions are less structured mean free-form dynamics, this allowed for her to help me confront issues without the stream of conversation feeling forced or un-natural. I would highly recommend Nicky.

Latest ReviewI had not had any prior experience before I started talking to Pat and she was able to immediately put me at ease. She is also patient and a good listener. Pat also made me feel like I was in control at all times as to where the conversation was going and she encouraged me to talk rather than lead the conversations. Flexibility is another quality that Pat showed as there were occasions sometimes at short notice when work or other commitments led to me having to reschedule or even cancel sessions, and she would always where possible try to accommodate me in that regard. There were occasions when I would vocalise my feelings or thoughts and I did not hold back and I felt that Pat's ability to listen and put me at ease was very useful. After some time I started to feel that I was developing a greater awareness and starting to almost learn to help myself and Pat always encouraged this. We also regularly discussed whether the therapy was meeting my needs and Pat was always happy to review where things had not been working.
