What to Expect

A preliminary assessment appointment helps you to discover if you are comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy may assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to book a preliminary assessment meeting in Manor House, London or Barbican, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You decide what matter concerning your early years or adult life you discuss. The aim of counselling is to enable you to speak about a difficulty and discover a solution which is appropriate for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Integrative Therapy

Psychology
