Welcome. I am Sylvia. I'm a registered counsellor - I help individuals with their emotional wellbeing. I have private and voluntary sector experience as a counsellor. My interest includes depression, panic disorder and relationship problems, as well as the specific difficulties experienced by men, transgender people and women.

Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy focuses on the unconscious causes of the problems you encounter. It facilitates you in being aware of aspects of your internal dynamics. Psychodynamic therapy seeks to increase your self-comprehension to give you choices.
