4+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hi. I am Saidat Khan. I'm an accredited and registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I help individuals and couples with their psychological wellbeing. I have private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My interest includes relationship problems and sexual problems, as well as the specific challenges experienced by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment session helps you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy could benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange a preliminary assessment session in St. Pauls, London, Marylebone, London or Ealing Broadway, London.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide which matter regarding your early years or adulthood you explore. The aim of counselling is to enable you to speak about a problem and discover a solution which is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic therapy focuses on appreciating you. It sees you as a whole person and emphasises your unique development. Humanistic therapy seeks to help you realise your autonomy.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy combines therapeutic approaches to fit your needs and the issues you encounter. It explores your subjective experience and options. An aim of integrative therapy is to help you advance your self-awareness.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the difficulties you confront. It explores your ideas, feelings and significant events in your history. Psychotherapy intends to help you develop or find suitable ways of coping.
