More Detail

9+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hi. I am Rosemary. I'm a registered psychotherapist - I support individuals with their mental health. I hold private sector experience as a psychotherapist. My focus includes abuse, depression and relationship problems, and the particular obstacles faced by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment appointment helps you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and decide if therapy may benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange a preliminary assessment session in Ashtead.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine which matter concerning your early years or adult life you discuss. An objective of counselling is to help you to talk about a problem and find a solution which is appropriate for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Psychoanalytic Therapy

Psychoanalytic therapy focuses on the unconscious causes of the issues you experience. It facilitates your awareness of some of your unconscious. The objective of psychoanalytic therapy is for you to gain personal knowledge and use it if you decide to.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy centres on the unconscious meaning of the problems you experience. It facilitates you in being conscious of aspects of your inner dynamics. Psychodynamic therapy seeks to enhance your self-comprehension to give you choices.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) indicates psychodynamic therapy for depression.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the difficulties you confront. It explores your thoughts, emotions and relevant moments in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you change or discover appropriate methods of managing.
