Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You determine what issue concerning your childhood and/or adult life you discuss. The objective of counselling is to enable you to speak about a difficulty and find a way forward that is appropriate for you.

Psychosexual therapy focuses on understanding the sexual problems you encounter. When appropriate, you undertake treatment tasks privately in your home. Psychosexual therapy seeks to help you overcome sexual difficulties.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the problems you face. It explores your thoughts, emotions and relevant events in your history. Psychotherapy aims to help you change or find appropriate ways of coping.
