Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"I appreciated Rachael's calmness amongst my internal storm. It's fair to say I did most of the talking which is unusual for me - and it was strange but liberating not to be interrupted. Rachael's questions were few but very poignant and the sessions went deeper than I initially intended - but I felt very safe in doing so and at my own choice. Each session was powerful for me emotionally and I spent a lot of time reflecting between sessions including using 'homework' ideas that Rachael suggested. Sometimes the reflections were poignant - sometimes I let them go - there was no pressure from Rachael to complete the homework. I left the sessions with some useful tools and techniques that I still use and I can honestly say I am in such a completely different place now than I was when I first turned up. However, I do have the comfort of knowing that if I need a little help to see things more clearly Rachael would be my first port of call. I can't recommend her as a therapist highly enough. Rachael's qualities include: calm, a great listener, thoughtful questioning, creating a safe environment, intuitive, brave, and great resources."
