She has taught me coping mechanisms and given me a stronger sense of self-esteem. Issues have been resolved with her help and ways of dealing with situations that aren't able to be changed. Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"Polly is very kind and considerate and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable very quickly and would recommend Polly to others seeking someone to help them through some things they are struggling with. She has a variety of approaches and is able to adapt so long as you are open and honest. She is insightful and intelligent, often pointing out things I had not realised and patterns I did not realise existed."
