"I was at ease immediately with Penny and she gently helped me look into the reasons why I felt as I did, following my father's death. I would recommend Penny to anyone and would have no hesitation in returning to her, should I need to in the future."

"Able to help in making sense of things that really worry and bothered me and rationalising thoughts, but was able to give tools to do this and use in everyday life and situations."

Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"My partner and I entered into relationship counselling with Penny, we found her approach professional, friendly, kind and extremely helpful. Penny has given us the tools to continue working through our issues and we are now able to understand each other as never before. We also are able to look in the mirror at ourselves and change unwanted behaviour that has made us miserable. We have moved forward so much in a short time and are now happy and looking forward to a bright, uncomplicated relationship for life. We would highly recommend Penny and love her cosy little cabin looking out into her beautiful garden, so peaceful, much needed when you are examining your heart ache."

Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"I was in a really bad place like anyone visiting a therapist is. Very depressed, stressed, relationship problems etc. I found Penny through your website and was not disappointed, she was so easy to talk to I just let everything out. She listened without judgment and we broke things down into sections and looked at why I was thinking/behaving as I was (this was clearly the problem) she helped me rethink how I deal with things. Amazing! She also did diagrams, (used stones my favourite bit, I could so relate to this). I feel so much better, clearer, stronger and most of all HAPPY. I cannot praise this lady enough and would totally recommend her to anyone. Thank you Penny."
