Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine which issue concerning your early years or adult life you discuss. The objective of counselling is to enable you to talk about a difficulty and discover a solution that is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you face. It explores your thoughts, emotions and significant events in your history. Psychotherapy intends to help you develop or find appropriate methods of managing.

Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"Paul listened and fully understood the issues I came with. He provided me with just the right amount of input to help me find solutions to my issues that would work for me. Paul helped me develop a framework that I could consistently use to tackle problematic situations and find a real and lasting way forward. He is patient, gives feedback to assure you that he understands your issues and used a variety of techniques that allowed me to see that I could approach things differently. I have had counselling in the past and it hadn't worked for me that well, but I was amazed and delighted how quickly I was able to progress towards making my life better and more manageable with the right counsellor."
