6+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Welcome. I'm Pamela Bradshaw. I'm a registered psychotherapist - I assist individuals and couples with their mental wellbeing. I have private sector experience as a psychotherapist. My focus involves self esteem, and the specific problems encountered by women.

What to Expect

A preliminary assessment appointment enables you to discover if you are comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy may benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an introductory assessment appointment in Cambridge.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine what matter regarding your early years and/or adult life you explore. An objective of counselling is to help you to speak about a difficulty and discover a solution that is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you face. It considers your ideas, emotions and significant events in your history. Psychotherapy aims to help you change or discover appropriate ways of coping.
