Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"Pam was very calm and understanding to my problems. I felt I can tell her all my thoughts without being judged or ridiculed, and yet, she did occasionally bring up different perspectives to my problems, that allowed me to take a different perspective to my suffering. It was very helpful, and if nothing else, at least a very pleasant person to talk to, which in itself already is a lot."
