More Detail

15+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hi. I am Neale Haddon. I'm an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist - I support individuals with their psychological wellbeing. I hold private and public sector experience as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist. My focus involves Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), as well as the particular challenges faced by men.

What to Expect

An initial assessment meeting enables you to see if you are comfortable with me, share what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an introductory assessment meeting in Mansfield.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT concentrates on how your thoughts influence your feelings and behaviour. It recognises and addresses unhelpful thoughts that perpetuate the issues you encounter. The objective of cognitive behavioural therapy is for you to experience healthier thoughts and feelings.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends cognitive behavioural therapy for Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), panic disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and social anxiety disorder.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the difficulties you face. It explores your ideas, feelings and significant events in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you change or discover suitable methods of managing.
