5 Years Post-Registration Experience

Welcome. I am Natalia. I'm an accredited and registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I help individuals and couples with their mental health. I have private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My interest includes anger, depression and Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and the particular problems experienced by men, transgender people and women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session helps you to see if you are comfortable with me, discuss what troubles you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy could benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to book a preliminary assessment appointment in South Kensington, London.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You decide which matter concerning your childhood or adulthood you explore. An aim of counselling is to enable you to speak about a problem and find a way forward that is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Psychology is interested in you and your thoughts, emotions and behaviour. It offers you psychological interventions and mental wellbeing support. An intention of psychological therapies is to help you alleviate symptoms.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you face. It considers your ideas, emotions and relevant moments in your history. Psychotherapy intends to help you develop or find suitable methods of managing.
