23+ Years Post-Chartership Experience

Hi. I am Narendra Keval. I'm a chartered and registered clinical psychologist and a registered psychotherapist - I help individuals with their psychological health. I hold private sector experience as a psychotherapist and a clinical psychologist. My interest includes Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and the particular challenges encountered by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment appointment helps you to discover if you are comfortable with me, share what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and assess if therapy could benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment meeting in Northwood or Oakley Green, Windsor.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT focuses on how your thoughts influence your emotions and actions. It recognises and challenges unhelpful thoughts that maintain the issues you experience. The aim of cognitive behavioural therapy is for you to experience healthier thoughts and feelings.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends cognitive behavioural therapy for bipolar disorder, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and self harm.

Psychology

Psychology is interested in you and your mind, emotions and behaviour. It offers you psychological interventions and mental health support. An objective of psychological therapies is to help you alleviate symptoms.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you confront. It explores your ideas, feelings and significant moments in your history. Psychotherapy aims to help you change or discover appropriate methods of managing.
