(1 Review)
Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide what issue concerning your early years and/or adult life you explore. The aim of counselling is to enable you to talk about a difficulty and discover a way forward which is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic therapy focuses on valuing you. It sees you as a whole person and emphasises your unique development. Humanistic therapy seeks to help you recognise your autonomy.
