25+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I am Mark Dunn. I'm a registered psychotherapist - I assist individuals and couples with their psychological wellbeing. I hold private and public sector experience as a psychotherapist. My focus includes abuse, depression and relationship problems, and the particular challenges encountered by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment session helps you to see if you are comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an introductory assessment meeting in Farringdon, London or Warninglid, Haywards Heath.

Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)

CAT elucidates why your past affects your current thoughts (cognitions) and emotions. It considers your coping strategies and whether they help or obstruct you. The intention of cognitive analytic therapy is to help you discover new and useful ways ahead.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the difficulties you confront. It considers your thoughts, feelings and significant moments in your history. Psychotherapy aims to help you change or discover appropriate methods of managing.
