Welcome. I am Malgorzata. I'm a registered counsellor - I help individuals with their psychological wellbeing. I have private, public and voluntary sector experience as a counsellor. My focus includes depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and self esteem, as well as the particular difficulties encountered by business men and women.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT focuses on how your thoughts (cognitions) influence your feelings and behaviour. It identifies and addresses negative ideas that perpetuate the problems you encounter. The aim of CBT is for you to experience healthier thoughts and feelings.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) indicates CBT for alcohol dependence, anorexia nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder (BED), Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), bulimia nervosa, depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), panic disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), self harm and social anxiety disorder.


Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You decide what issue concerning your early years and/or adult life you explore. The aim of counselling is to enable you to talk about a difficulty and find a way forward that is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Psychosynthesis Therapy
