3 Years Post-Registration Experience

Welcome. I'm Limor. I'm a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their psychological wellbeing. I have private and voluntary sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My focus includes depression, panic disorder and self esteem, as well as the specific problems experienced by men and women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session enables you to discover if you are comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and decide if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment appointment in Kings Cross, London or East Dulwich, London.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine which issue concerning your childhood and/or adult life you discuss. The aim of counselling is to help you to speak about a problem and discover a way forward that is appropriate for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Psychology is interested in you and your mind, emotions and behaviour. It offers you psychological treatments and mental health support. The intention of psychological therapies is to help you alleviate symptoms.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you face. It considers your ideas, feelings and relevant events in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or discover appropriate ways of managing.
