Hi. I am Kirsty. I'm a registered counsellor - I help individuals and couples with their mental wellbeing. I hold private sector experience as a counsellor. My interest includes Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and the particular issues encountered by women.

What to Expect

A preliminary assessment meeting enables you to see if you are comfortable with me, discuss what troubles you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and assess if therapy may benefit you. Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine which matter concerning your childhood and/or adult life you explore. An aim of counselling is to enable you to talk about a problem and find a way forward which is appropriate for you.
