1+ Years Post-Accreditation Experience

Welcome. I'm Kiran. I'm an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their emotional wellbeing. I hold private sector experience as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist. My interest includes depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and panic disorder, and the specific challenges experienced by men, transgender people and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment appointment allows you to discover if you are comfortable with me, share what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and assess if therapy may help you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an initial assessment appointment in Ealing Broadway, London, Marlow or Kensington, London.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioural therapy concentrates on how your thoughts affect your emotions and behaviour. It identifies and addresses unhelpful ideas that maintain the issues you experience. The objective of cognitive behavioural therapy is for you to have healthier thoughts and emotions.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends CBT for Binge Eating Disorder (BED), depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), panic disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and social anxiety disorder.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you confront. It explores your ideas, feelings and significant events in your history. Psychotherapy intends to help you change or discover appropriate methods of managing.
