4+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I am Kimberley. I'm a registered counsellor - I support individuals and couples with their psychological wellbeing. I have private sector experience as a counsellor. My focus involves bereavement, depression and relationship problems, and the particular issues encountered by bisexual and gay men and women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment appointment helps you to see if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and decide if therapy could benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to book a preliminary assessment meeting in Boarstall, Aylesbury.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You decide which issue concerning your early years or adulthood you discuss. The objective of counselling is to enable you to talk about a difficulty and discover a way forward that is appropriate for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.
