More Detail

7+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hi. I am Kay Luck. I'm a registered psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their emotional health. I hold private and public sector experience as a psychotherapist. My interest includes abuse, as well as the particular issues experienced by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment meeting allows you to discover if you are comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy may benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment meeting in Exeter or Brithem Bottom, Cullompton.

Core Process Therapy

Core process therapy focuses on your connection with yourself and others. It encourages your recognition of choices in your life. Core process therapy aims to help you obtain more self-knowledge.

Counselling

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You decide what issue concerning your childhood and/or adulthood you explore. An objective of counselling is to help you to talk about a difficulty and find a way forward which is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Drama Therapy

Drama therapy helps you express yourself using drama and stories. There is no need for you to possess experience in drama. Drama therapy aims to help you create psychological growth.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) suggests drama therapy for schizophrenia.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the difficulties you face. It explores your ideas, feelings and relevant events in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you change or discover appropriate ways of managing.
