2+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I am Judith Chamberlain. I'm a registered psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their psychological wellbeing. I have private and public sector experience as a psychotherapist. My focus includes depression, relationship problems and stress, as well as the particular difficulties faced by bisexual and gay men and women.

What to Expect

A preliminary assessment session enables you to see if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and determine if therapy could assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment appointment in Mansion House, London.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy focuses on the unconscious meaning of the problems you encounter. It facilitates you in being conscious of parts of your inner dynamics. Psychodynamic therapy seeks to enhance your self-comprehension to give you choices.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) suggests psychodynamic therapy for anorexia nervosa, depression, self harm and social anxiety disorder.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you confront. It considers your thoughts, feelings and relevant events in your history. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or discover suitable ways of coping.
