12+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I am Jasmine Morton. I'm a registered psychotherapist - I help individuals with their emotional health. I hold private sector experience as a psychotherapist. My focus includes depression, as well as the specific difficulties encountered by men.

What to Expect

An initial assessment appointment allows you to discover if you are comfortable with me, share what troubles you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and decide if therapy could help you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment meeting in Sutton.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine which issue regarding your childhood or adulthood you explore. The objective of counselling is to enable you to speak about a problem and find a way forward that is appropriate for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Psychoanalytic Therapy

Psychoanalytic therapy focuses on the unconscious meaning of the problems you encounter. It facilitates your consciousness of parts of your unconscious. An aim of psychoanalytic therapy is for you to attain personal knowledge and use it if you wish to.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy focuses on the unconscious meaning of the problems you experience. It facilitates you in being aware of parts of your inner dynamics. Psychodynamic therapy seeks to enhance your self-understanding to give you options.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) indicates psychodynamic therapy for anorexia nervosa, depression, self harm and social anxiety disorder.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you gaining insight into the problems you confront. It explores your thoughts, feelings and significant moments in your life. Psychotherapy intends to help you develop or find appropriate ways of managing.
