24 Years Post-Accreditation Experience

Hi. I'm Gill. I'm a senior accredited and registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I assist individuals with their psychological health. I have private sector experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My interest involves depression, relationship problems and stress, and the particular challenges experienced by men, transgender people and women.

What to Expect

A preliminary assessment session enables you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, share what troubles you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and decide if therapy may assist you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an introductory assessment session in Childs Hill, London.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and supporting you. You determine what issue concerning your childhood or adulthood you discuss. An aim of counselling is to enable you to speak about a difficulty and discover a solution that is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Jungian Analysis

Jungian analysis analyses your dream-life and your unconscious. It acknowledges your individuality. Jungian analysis intends to help you enhance your self-awareness.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the difficulties you confront. It explores your thoughts, feelings and significant events in your history. Psychotherapy aims to help you change or discover appropriate ways of managing.
