18+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Hello. I'm Gabrielle. I'm a registered art therapist and a registered counsellor and psychotherapist - I support individuals with their emotional wellbeing. I hold private sector experience as an art therapist and a counsellor and psychotherapist. My interest involves relationship problems, self esteem and stress, as well as the specific problems faced by men and women.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment session helps you to see if you feel comfortable with me, share what worries you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy could benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to book an introductory assessment appointment in Feltham.

Art Therapy

Art therapy helps you express yourself with art media. You do not require art experience. An aim of art therapy is to help you creatively share whatever concerns you.

Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine what issue regarding your early years and/or adulthood you discuss. The aim of counselling is to enable you to talk about a problem and discover a solution that is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Integrative Therapy

Integrative therapy selects therapies to suit your needs and the problems you experience. It considers your subjective experience and choices. The aim of integrative therapy is to help you advance your self-understanding.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the problems you confront. It explores your thoughts, emotions and relevant events in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or discover suitable ways of managing.
