"Elizabeth is very understanding, patient, a good listener and puts in perspective things you may not be able to see. Talking therapy was incredibly helpful because it felt like progress was made after each session. She was so easy to talk to that the sessions just blew by! I liked her approach to analysing the things I would say. I liked her honesty and the way she was open to telling me what she thought. Because of this, I found her trustworthy. Itís clear that Elizabeth has a wide breadth of knowledge on the subject of therapy. She made me feel safe and comfortable in our sessions in a way you would feel with a friend. I cannot recommend Elizabeth enough!"
