Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"Rebekah instantly put me at ease, which allowed me to talk openly about my ongoing anxiety issues. After a thorough discussion, we agreed on a range of 'behavioural experiments' which mainly consisted of travel and being away from my 'safe places'. I was able to make considerable progress with my longstanding anxiety and the combination of discussion and planned activities was key for me to allow change to occur. Rebekah was both supportive and also challenging (in a good way) and I found myself talking freely about my worries and my successes. The CBT provided by Rebekah has been invaluable for me personally."
