7+ Years Post-Registration Experience

Welcome. I am Ramona. I'm a registered and chartered clinical psychologist and an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist - I support individuals and couples with their mental wellbeing. I have private and public sector experience as a clinical psychologist and a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist. My interest includes depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and the specific obstacles experienced by men and women.

What to Expect

An initial assessment session enables you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you, ask questions, clarify confidentiality, and determine if therapy may benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to arrange an initial assessment appointment in Ewell, Epsom.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT concentrates on how your thoughts affect your feelings and behaviour. It identifies and challenges unhelpful ideas which perpetuate the issues you encounter. The aim of cognitive behavioural therapy is for you to experience healthier thoughts and emotions.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) suggests CBT for depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), panic disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Psychology is interested in you and your thoughts, emotions and actions. It offers you psychological treatments and mental health support. An intention of psychological therapy is to help you alleviate symptoms.

Psychotherapy focuses on you, and you obtaining insight into the difficulties you confront. It explores your thoughts, feelings and significant events in your life. Psychotherapy aims to help you develop or discover appropriate methods of coping.
