Hi. I'm Niklas. I'm a registered psychotherapist and a registered counselling psychologist - I support individuals and couples with their psychological wellbeing. I have private, public and voluntary sector experience as a psychotherapist and a counselling psychologist. My interest includes relationship problems, self esteem and sexual problems, as well as the particular challenges experienced by men.

What to Expect

An introductory assessment meeting allows you to see if you are comfortable with me, discuss what worries you, ask questions, understand confidentiality, and decide if therapy may benefit you. Please use a contact option on the right to book a preliminary assessment meeting in Bristol.


Counselling centres on listening to you, and assisting you. You determine which matter regarding your childhood or adult life you discuss. An objective of counselling is to help you to speak about a problem and find a solution that is right for you.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends counselling for depression.

Existential Therapy

Existential therapy explores how you comprehend your life. It involves deliberation on your viewpoints, potential and choices. Existential therapy aims to help you find significance in your life and the problems you experience.


Psychology is interested in you and your mind, emotions and actions. It offers you psychological interventions and mental wellbeing support. An objective of psychological therapy is to help you ease symptoms.
