The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) (England and Wales) recommends cognitive behavioural therapy for bipolar disorder, depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), panic disorder and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Easy to talk toHelpfulnessValue for Money

"Naomi was great - really patient, warm, calm. I enjoyed our sessions and got a lot out of them. We approached problems from different angles and she responded to what I was interested in (and recommended some excellent follow-up books/ activities too). And was even to hand for a late notice session to assuage some last minute wedding jitters!"
